YEL Junior Basketball - March Madness for students in grades K-2. MARCH MADNESS IS HERE! Time for some round-ball! Join this fast-paced, inclusive (everyone plays) class. YEL’s Teach It, Practice It, Play It® approach teaches players new skills each class, practices those skills in kid-friendly games, and then encourages students to use those skills in introductory basketball games. Emphasis is placed on the basic skills development of dribbling, shooting, passing, sportsmanship, and teamwork. Sign up soon...the shot clock is running down!
Please be sure to notify your child's teacher of their after school plan to attend basketball. The instructor will meet the students in the Primary School, in the Commons, and walk them up to the Intermediate School. If your child needs to return to PK after basketball, our PK staff will help assist them to the Primary School.
