Description:
Kids love clay! This summer clay camp is designed to help students improve handbuilding skills. Students will explore coil building, pinch pot, and slab building techniques. Some projects will be instructor-led to teach building techniques. Students will also have the opportunity to design and make their own clay creations.
Projects will be bisque fired 7-10 days after Clay Camp.
A schedule of glazing date options will be provided at the Clay Camp.
Projects will be available for pick up at the Community Education Center after the final glaze firing.
Note: May and July Clay Camp projects will be different!
Bring to Class:
Dress for mess! Please wear appropriate clothes for art making. No sandals or crocs please!
Please pack a snack and water bottle for your child.
